Craig Hulford
Area General Manager
With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Craig is responsible for the overseeing all New Orleans Hotel Collection hotels, restaurants, bars and lounges under centralized operations. Prior to his role as the Area General Manager, Craig was the opening general manager for the Wyndham Riverfront New Orleans.
Diana Daigle
Area Director of Revenue Management
Diana is responsible for overseeing the revenue management responsibilities for the New Orleans Hotel Collection. Diana has 15 years of revenue management experience in the New Orleans market, most recently as Regional Revenue Manager for Priceline.com.
Keanna Jones
Area Human Resources Director
Keanna is the Area Human Resources Director for the New Orleans Hotel Collection. Prior to joining the company, Keanna was district human resources manager for Home Depot. Prior to that she was in human resources management with Harrah’s New Orleans and Marriott New Orleans.
Marc Becker
Area Director of Sales & Marketing
Marc is responsible for promoting the New Orleans Hotel Collection and business development opportunities. Marc brings 27 years of experience in resort, casino and hotel management and sales, most recently as director of convention sales and services for the Paragon Casino Resort, Spa and Conference Center.
Bill Johnson
Area Director of Finance
Prior to joining the the New Orleans Hotel Collection, Bill was most recently consulting for the Sheraton Anchorage and Inlet Tower hotels in Alaska. Throughout Bill’s extensive career he has held controller, task force and regional controller positions for a variety of hotels, restaurants and casinos.
Irene Pallais
Area Internet Marketing Manager
Irene manages the New Orleans Hotel Collection’s exposure in the online space, including website development, search engine marketing, media buys and customer relationship management. Prior to joining the New Orleans Hotel Collection, Irene was part of the North America division’s field marketing team for Starwood Hotels and Resorts.
