SMERFE Sales Manager (Crowne Plaza New Orleans Airport)
Sales Manager is responsible for: managing accounts to achieve guest satisfaction; and ensuring all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded by soliciting past and new business. Requirements include: the ability to effectively communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner; the ability to meet/exceed client needs; and resolve complaints; and knowledge of departmental interaction and organizational structure in a hospitality context.
Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all front office operations to insure profitability, control costs and quality standards ensuring total guest satisfaction. A combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is required. A minimum of two years experience as an assistant front office manager and a college degree, or equivalent, is preferred.
As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and facilitating business from markets to ensure the necessary advance bookings needed for a successful and profitable operation. We require that you have at least three years hotel sales experience and two years of supervisory experience.
Sales Administrative Assistant assists the Director of Sales and the other sales managers in the handling of accounts. Responsibilities include: answering telephones; processing letters, proposals and contracts accurately and in a timely manner; and maintaining filing, trace and office services in accordance with normal operating procedures.
