Revenue Manager (Hotel Mazarin)
Revenue Manager is responsible for: maximizing room revenue and yield penetration through proper management of room inventories through analytical and technical knowledge of hotel reservations systems and front office systems. As a Revenue Manager, you will develop, implement, monitor and control sales strategies; conduct sales strategy meetings to ensure the proper mix of group/transient guests while maximizing occupancy and room revenue. Analytical and technical skills are required along with working knowledge of reservations and front office. Four year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Sous Chef (7 on Fulton)
Sous Chef assists in the training and supervision of the kitchen team. S/he is also responsible for assisting in food preparation according to the company’s high standards and great recipes. This individual must have the ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates.

Sales Manager (Hotel Mazarin)
Sales Manager is responsible for: managing accounts to achieve guest satisfaction; and ensuring all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded by soliciting past and new business. Requirements include: the ability to effectively communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner; the ability to meet/exceed client needs; and resolve complaints; and knowledge of departmental interaction and organizational structure in a hospitality context.

Administrative Assistant (New Orleans Hotel Collection)
Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering phones, preparation and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, and greeting and assisting visitors. Attention to detail and quick, efficient responses to guests’ needs makes this fun, yet challenging position, a rewarding experience. A friendly personality and the ability to work with computers and office equipment will help ensure success in this position.

Housekeeping Floor Supervisor (Bourbon Orleans Hotel)
Housekeeping Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising, directing and assuring the completion of all housekeeping tasks assigned to room attendants and housepersons and maintaining IHR’s high standards of cleanliness.

Catering Sales Manager (Crowne Plaza New Orleans Airport)
Catering Sales Manager is responsible for finalizing group business while maximizing the banquet space to meet/exceed sales goals. As an IHR Catering Sales Manager, one solicits, negotiates and books new/repeat business by via outside sales calls, telemarketing, mailings, networking, etc. Requirements of the position include: a thorough knowledge of the practices and procedures of the catering, food & beverage and hospitality professions; effective communication skills, and the ability to negotiate, influence and sell professionals and/or prospective hotel guests.
