Director of Food & Beverage (Bourbon Orleans Hotel)

Director of Food and Beverage directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage department in maintaining high standards of the operation in quality, service and merchandising to maximize profits. Extensive experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, stewarding, kitchen, sales, catering required; leadership and motivational skills essential; a high school diploma and a culinary background including sales and service also required; college degree in a related field preferred.

Director of Sales  (Crowne Plaza New Orleans Airport)

The Director of Sales plans and manages the overall sales, marketing, catering and revenue management efforts for the hotel. Position is responsible for short/long term planning and day-to-day operations of the hotel sales & marketing department. Recommends appropriate marketing, advertising and sales plans & programs; manages within approved plans and budgets. Participates in total hotel management as a member of the hotel Executive Committee.

Assistant Area Director of Finance (New Orleans Hotel Collection)

The Assistant Area Director of Finance is responsible for providing ethical and consistent leadership in the financial area by supplying management and ownership with guidance, training and support.  The AADOF is also responsible for focusing on the profitability of the business, maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring acceptable levels of internal controls, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and safeguarding owners/investors assets.
