Front Desk Clerk (Crowne Plaza New Orleans Airport, Hotel Le Marais and Hotel Mazarin)
The Front Desk Clerk is a member of the Front Office team. S/he are responsible for: maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times; welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone. As part of this job, this individual is required to: demonstrate good computer skills; accurately handle cash and charges; stand for long periods of time; present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor. A Minimum of 2 years Front Desk experience, and knowledge of Opera System.
Banquet Manager (Hotel Mazarin)
Banquet Manager is responsible for: hiring, training and directing the banquet staff in servicing all the banquet activities; ensuring a successful function and repeat business. Requirements include: comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparations; service standards; guest relations and etiquette; and a minimum of two years of banquet captain or food and beverage supervisory experience.
Concierge (Audubon Cottages)
Concierge is responsible for providing information to guests about hotel services, features and room amenities. A strong knowledge of the local area to assist guests with their inquiries is an essential requirement of this position; previous experience in similar position is preferred. The Concierge is responsible for: following up on inquiries; coordinating requests for special arrangements; escorting VIP’s to their assigned guest rooms; and interacting with all guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
