Night Audit Manager:
Night Audit Manager assists the General Manager in the administration of the hotel during off-peak hours by directing the hotel’s team efforts toward guest satisfaction, associate productivity and the hotel’s profitability. The Night Manager is considered the Manager on Duty, and is responsible when General Manager is not on the property. Requirements include: extensive knowledge of both rooms and food operations; the ability to take full responsibility in emergency situations; outstanding communication skills; and proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and franchise computer systems.
Front Office Manager:
Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all front office operations to insure profitability, control costs and quality standards ensuring total guest satisfaction. A combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is required. A minimum of two years experience as an assistant front office manager and a college degree, or equivalent, is preferred.
Marketing Internship (unpaid)
Work with Area Internet Marketing Manager in the implementation of online marketing initiatives and customer relationship marketing programs. Undergraduate student with a focus and interest in marketing or hospitality. Please email resume to Irene.pallais@neworleanshotelcollection.com
