Night Auditor is responsible for posting and balancing charges and settlements for room, restaurant and bar daily work; maintaining files; and resetting the systems for the next day’s operations. This position requires basic knowledge of accounting operations, mathematical skills, and computing skills.
Bartenders serve beverages and food to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. A minimum of one year of bartending experience is required.
Banquet Manager is responsible for: hiring, training and directing the banquet staff in servicing all the banquet activities; ensuring a successful function and repeat business. Requirements include: comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparations; service standards; guest relations and etiquette; and a minimum of two years of banquet captain or food and beverage supervisory experience.
Night Manager assists the General Manager in the administration of the hotel during off-peak hours by directing the hotel’s team efforts toward guest satisfaction, associate productivity and the hotel’s profitability. The Night Manager is considered the Manager on Duty, and is responsible when General Manager is not on the property. Requirements include: extensive knowledge of both rooms and food operations; the ability to take full responsibility in emergency situations; outstanding communication skills; and proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and franchise computer systems.
